Dr. Lisa Konchar, AyD, RN, BSN

isa has a deep understanding of the role western & eastern medicine play in people’s health and wellness.

Lisa came to this understanding because of her own personal experiences with:

Anxiety

Depression

Overwhelm

Insomnia

On her journey to wellness, she explored other options outside of traditional medications which led her to yoga and Ayurveda. After finding relief, Lisa found her life purpose of sharing these healing practices with the world.

Lisa extended her expertise to care for the multiple generations of her family and now offers Generational Care in her practice.

She used her expertise in Ayurveda in raising her four children and caring for her Grandmother and aging parents. She found that instilling the time-honored practices of Ayurveda aided in the flourishing of all stages of life for those she loves and she can help you do the same.

Lisa’s family faces many of the health challenges your family does:

  • Father: Parkinson’s

  • Mother: Asthma

  • Grandmother: Hypertension

Because of Lisa’s work, disease progression has slowed, traditional medications have been minimized and overall wellness and vitality improved for everyone.
