Pulling Oil
Our Pulling Oil nurtures teeth and gum health with its unique infusion of herbal and essential oils. The use of Peppermint and Spearmint essential oils cleanses the mouth through its cooling sensation while also acting as an antimicrobial and breath freshener. Research has proven that using this practice on a regular basis supports a healthy immune response against microbes and plaque levels while improving gum health.
Directions: Once a day, swish 1 Tbs of oil in your mouth for 10-20 minutes on an empty stomach, pulling the oil in and out between your teeth. Spit and rinse with water.
Ingredients: Fennel*, Guduchi*, Haritaki*, Bibhitaki*, Amalaki*. Coconut* and Sesame Oil*, Spearmint* and Peppermint* Essential Oil.
